Enabling a Seamless Transition to a Next-Generation Market Connector for a Leading Belgian Energy Supplier

TAG enabled a leading Belgian energy supplier to successfully deploy a cloud-native market connector within a strict one-year deadline. Through rigorous functional testing, stakeholder alignment, and dedicated user support, TAG ensured seamless data migration, minimized operational disruption, and established a scalable, future-proof foundation for long-term growth.

Improving Cost Transparency and Business Control for a Belgian Retailer Through Operational Controlling

TAG supported a Belgian retailer in strengthening cost transparency and operational control over its supporting services. Through proactive monitoring of operational and financial performance, cost analysis, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven advisory, TAG improved visibility into cost drivers, enhanced decision-making, identified efficiency opportunities, and helped teams create additional capacity for continuous improvement and business value creation.

Optimizing B2B Sales Processes and Driving Growth for a Belgian Energy Supplier

A Belgian energy supplier struggled with complex RFPs overwhelming its sales team. TAG introduced a dedicated Bid Officer role to coordinate cross-departmental RFP handling, freeing Key Account Managers for strategic client work. The result: near-100% RFP coverage, stronger commercial focus, and a more scalable B2B sales process.

Driving Compliance and Efficiency in Belgium’s Energy Sector

Following an acquisition, a Belgian energy supplier needed IFRS compliance. TAG built a marked-to-market accounting system, improved forecasting and data governance, and reduced lead time from one day to one hour. Our strategic, hands-on approach ensured compliance and efficiency in a volatile market.

Digital Transformation and ERP Implementation for a Belgian Retail Leader

A Belgian retailer replaced outdated mainframes with a future-proof ERP system for 1,500 users. TAG led the transformation, redesigned processes, migrated data, and applied best practices. The result: streamlined operations, improved efficiency, and a scalable digital architecture ready for growth.

Stabilizing Market Processes and Ensuring Compliance in Belgium’s Energy Sector

After the launch of MIG6, a Belgian energy supplier faced billing disruptions and operational fallout. TAG reduced the unbilled amount by €5.8 million, stabilized processes, and strengthened collaboration between business and IT. Our approach ensured compliance and resilience in a complex market.

Stabilizing Operations and Embedding Performance Management

After an ERP rollout led to operational disruption, TAG led a crisis taskforce to stabilize processes and embed performance management. By focusing on people, process, tools, and data, we restored continuity and introduced dashboards and coaching that anchored a performance-driven culture.

Strengthening Market Communication in Belgium’s Energy Sector

A market transformation caused system fallout and compliance risks. TAG stabilized operations, led the migration to a MIG6-compliant connector, and introduced KPI dashboards. Our intervention restored control and embedded a performance culture in a highly regulated energy environment.
