Coaching offers one-on-one sessions to help spot strengths, tackle challenges, and set actionable goals. A coach acts as a confidant: someone who listens, sees where you’re at, and works with you to make progress. Coaching is hands-on, practical, and designed to achieve results, so you keep hitting new milestones. It ensures everyone has the guidance and support they need to grow professionally and personally.
The Talent team drives TAG’s growth by recruiting top candidates and shaping the journey of new colleagues. From onboarding to career development, this team ensures everyone gets the right training, guidance, and opportunities to thrive, strengthening both our people and the company.
The Sales team fuels TAG’s success by bringing in new clients and matching our consultants to the right projects. They build relationships, spot opportunities, and ensure TAG continues to deliver value, for both clients and our people.
TCPO keeps TAG running behind the scenes. From internal operations like marketing and communications to technology support, AI-research, team activities, and training programs, they make sure everything works smoothly so consultants can focus on delivering their best.
From the Bootcamp to advanced Flanders Business School (FBS) programs, the journey is designed to build experience, strengthen collaboration, and grow leadership. Supporting you at every stage of your career.
The Bootcamp is all about learning by doing, together. You’ll start with a mix of hands-on training and a real business case that challenges you to think differently and work as a team. Along the way, you’ll discover how to combine your strengths, make team decisions , and turn ideas into something tangible. The Bootcamp journey ends with a Pitch Night, where you’ll take the stage to present and defend your business case in front of a professional jury and an audience. More than a crash course, it’s a collaborative experience that connects people, builds confidence, and leads to real growth.
Once you’ve completed the Blueprint program, your learning journey continues with a personal training budget. This gives you the freedom to tailor your career with courses that suit your professional goals and interests.
Our partnership with FBS, the business school of KU Leuven, enables you to extend your growth opportunities. You can further develop your skills through individual MBA courses, but also through the FBS Summer School, or a mini-MBA program.
1.5–2 years (approx. 2 courses per semester), focused on the Managerial Track of the MBA. Starts in September or January.
