Your impact

As a Team Manager at TAG, you are primarily a consultant working as a business analyst or business architect on projects for our clients.

Additionally, you are responsible for supervising a team of consultants at the client(s) under your supervision. Team supervision includes the following aspects: you monitor the performance of the consultants by scheduling bi-weekly follow-up meetings, provide substantive guidance where necessary, and also help ensure that your team can be further expanded by identifying interesting business opportunities at the client.

Your job

Consultancy: You work as a Senior Business Analyst or Business Architect on projects where you define the scope, create plans, and ensure implementation that exceeds client expectations. You are both hands-on and strategically involved, overseeing the quality and results of the project.
Team Leadership: You manage a team of consultants by guiding them and actively monitoring their performance. You provide support when needed, hold regular follow-up meetings with both the client and consultants, and deliver direct and constructive feedback.
Quality Assurance: You ensure the quality of your team's work and make sure project objectives are achieved. If challenges arise, you take timely corrective actions and guide your team toward solutions with a pragmatic and results-oriented approach.
Client Relationships: You build strong relationships by maintaining high-quality standards and being a reliable partner for the client. From these relationships, you contribute to developing new proposals or solutions, though business development remains secondary to your core responsibilities.

What we expect from you

You hold a master’s degree in an engineering discipline (Civil, Industrial, Bio-engineering, or Commercial Engineering).
You have several years of experience as a business, functional, data, or test analyst, or you have previously worked as a project manager.
You have initial experience in coaching and managing a (small) team.
You gain energy from structuring and standardizing processes.
You enjoy seeing others evolve into experts in their field under your guidance.
You are driven and strive to become the best version of yourself.
You enjoy working independently and know how to get things done.
Translating goals into concrete actions is second nature to you.
You possess the necessary assertiveness to communicate effectively in both Dutch and English. Can you express yourself fluently in French? C’est un plus!
