‘Because of new legislation, all tasks concerning photo-voltaic installations had to be transferred from the Flemish Market Regulator (VREG) to distribution grid operators (DGO’s). As project manager, I facilitated this transfer for a particular energy company. Among other things, I helped implement change management for the company’s back office, front office and call centre, taking into account a strict legal deadline.’
‘I supported the marketing department of an energy supplier in generating cross-sales leads and innovative ideas. As process analyst, my role was to analyse their current processes, select the right tool to improve these processes and ensure that no opportunities were lost.’
‘Due to the rapidly evolving energy sector, new market rules were implemented (MIG6) in the energy market in November 2023. I supported an energy provider in the redesign of their internal systems. As Business Analyst, my role was to closely monitor their operational systems and provide a bridge between the business and IT teams.’
‘As Odoo Analyst, I supported an energy provider with the installation of charging stations across Flanders. I improved their current processes and helped develop new workflows, such as maintenance. Quite a challenge that required clear communication and a problem-solving mindset.’
‘A family-owned inspection company for electricity, gas installations and hoisting equipment experienced rapid growth, requiring them to optimise their internal processes. As a TAG consultant, I introduced Project Management methodology, helped catalogue existing projects and ideas, and implemented a governance structure that helped them get back on the digital track.’

Because their product owner was unavailable, they required a versatile consultant who could handle various aspects of the project, including testing, functional work, and data analysis. Our consultants took care of the necessary project management.
‘As a TAG consultant, I had the opportunity to facilitate a change of ownership for an important electricity and gas supplier. The head of the energy department had left and the energy team was in need of guidance. I supported as head of energy ad interim to help transition the B2B client portfolio and redefine the company’s strategy in the context of the new owner.’

To execute its implementation, they decided to take some of their key business process analysts out of the day-to-day business.
