‘As a consultant, I support a large warehouse store in combining and integrating different food production activities for a more competitive and streamlined working method. This includes the introduction of a new ERP system and integration with the production lines (MES). Specifically, I’m involved in defining the roadmap of the restructuring and the general business architecture of the new organization.’
‘I supported a department store where the IT systems of the T&I department needed an upgrade. As data coordinator consultant, I was part of a team responsible for the extraction, adaptation and migration of all data from the old system to the new one.’
‘A team of TAG consultants supported the French branch of a warehouse store in integrating their technical department into the main-frame environment. Their business still depended on self-made Excel tools and pen-and-paper forms. The organisation was in dire need of efficient IT solutions. A project was set up to roll out industry-standard software packages previously implemented in Belgium.'
‘After adopting a new software platform, the retail company I supported initiated many new project and improvement ideas. As a Project Business Architect, my task was to map these out and define in collaboration with upper management if they were worth pursuing. If so, I either created a project sheet to integrate them into the roadmap or drew up a change request to start them up in the short term.’
‘TAG consultants were called in to help a retail company update their mainframe modules related to indirect purchase and warehousing (SAP) and maintenance repair and operations (Planon). Our consultants reinforced the client’s team as Business Architects & Solution Analysts in the design and implementation of the project.’
