Your job
You work in hybrid teams consisting of both TAG colleagues and client employees
You sit down with the client, define the right scope, and roll out a foolproof plan that you follow from start to finish. Hands-on and with a helicopter view, because you never lose sight of the big picture!
You report directly to your Team Manager
What we expect from you
You hold a master’s degree in engineering.
You have (initial) experience as a business, functional, data, or test analyst.
You gain energy from structuring and standardising processes and enjoy seeing others evolve into experts in their field.
You are driven and strive to become the best version of yourself.
You enjoy working independently and are proactive. Translating goals into concrete actions comes naturally to you.
You have the assertiveness to communicate effectively in Dutch as well as English. Can you express yourself fluently in French? C’est un plus!
