Through collaboration with a major utilities player, we designed and implemented a tailor-made Cost Allocation Model (CAM) for electricity and gas sourcing. Our approach balanced complexity with feasibility, leveraging in-depth analysis of cost drivers and mathematical modeling. By introducing a “SMART” allocation tool, we enabled the client to improve profitability measurement, optimize sourcing strategies, and enhance financial transparency.

Through collaboration with a prominent digital publishing technology provider, we managed the co-development of innovative news application features for leading European publishers. Our team established project governance, facilitated agile processes, and ensured timely delivery of new functionalities. By aligning customer and company goals, we enhanced product offerings and enabled cost-effective feature development, strengthening Twipe’s position in the digital publishing sector in Belgium and beyond.

To address evolving market needs in Belgium’s electric vehicle charging sector, we supported the optimization of ERP processes for a major energy provider. Our work included project management, process design, and alignment of the ERP system with new customer types and aftercare services. By coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners, we ensured scalable and efficient operations, resulting in improved client responsiveness and operational excellence in the Belgian energy and mobility sector.
