Through collaboration with a major utilities player, we designed and implemented a tailor-made Cost Allocation Model (CAM) for electricity and gas sourcing. Our approach balanced complexity with feasibility, leveraging in-depth analysis of cost drivers and mathematical modeling. By introducing a “SMART” allocation tool, we enabled the client to improve profitability measurement, optimize sourcing strategies, and enhance financial transparency.
Through collaboration with a prominent digital publishing technology provider, we managed the co-development of innovative news application features for leading European publishers.
